Defective Goods & Order Errors
Classic Motorworks takes care to pack merchandise carefully and avoid order processing errors. If you recieve defective goods or have any another issue with your order, please email customer service or call 1-800-201-7472. We will work with you to correct the issue with and even pay the return shipping costs.
Packages Damaged In Transit
If you recieve a box or shipping carton from Classic Motorworks that appears to have been damaged in transit, it is important to report the damage by calling UPS (1-800-742-5877) or the shipping provider for your order before opening the package.
This will allow us to ship any necessary replacements sooner as we expedite an insurance claim with the shipping provider.

Replacement & Correction Restrictions
We may not be able to honor claims for missing or damaged items and components made significantly after the date of delivery, so please inspect the contents of your order carefully upon delivery and email customer service or call 1-800-201-7472 immediately if any items in your order are missing, damaged or incomplete.
Customer Returns
Product returns and refunds are gladly accepted on all new, unused and unaltered products within 30 days of receipt. Returns must include all original parts and materials and must be shipped back to us in an appropriate shipping box.
Return Instructions
- Email customer service or call 1-800-201-7472 for a no-hassle RMA number. We will simply need to know winch items you are returning and the basic reason for the return.
- Repackage item(s) and mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the return merchandise to:

Return Restrictions
For customer-initiated returns (except in cases of damaged or erroneous items), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We cannot accept collect or COD shipping charges. Classic Motorworks is not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit, so please pack the return item(s) carefully and use the appropriate tracking and insurance services for your carrier.
Refunds will be issued for merchandise costs only. In most cases, shipping costs can not be refunded for any items that have left our warehouse.
Unless otherwise noted, a restocking fee will apply to unused merchandise returned after 30 days of receipt. Except in the case of warranty returns or returns invoking our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, please do not return used or altered merchandise to Classic Motorworks. In most cases, a refund/exchange of non-salable merchandise will be refused and we may be unable to return the merchandise to you without additional shipping charges.
Order Shipping
Merchandise in our stores are shipped using UPS, our preferred shipping partner. In order to give you the best possible shipping rate for your order, orders that include backordered or out of stock items will be consolidated and ship when all items are available to fill the order.
If your order includes backordered or out of stock items and you would like items in your order to ship independently as soon as they are available, please email customer service. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Delivery Limitations
While we ship most orders without a signature requirement, UPS will not leave packages in public or insecure locations. If UPS is unable to complete delivery of a package, a delivery notice will be left at the delivery address indicating that delivery has been attempted and listing the date and approximate time of the next delivery attempt.
After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be held at the local UPS hub or returned to Classic Motorworks. To change the delivery address and receive your package at another location, write the address you would like to have the package delivered to in the comment area of the notice sheet and leave the instructions for the driver at the next delivery attempt.
If the package cannot be delivered after three attempts and no other arrangements are made, the package will be returned to Classic Motorworks. Additional shipping charges may be required to re-ship the package or the order can be cancelled and refunded (less shipping charges).
Shipping Service Restrictions
Some items sold in our stores cannot be shipped by air (air services include 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air, Next Day Air, and most international shipping options). This restriction applies to products that include oil, aerosol and chemical components, among others. Orders than include restricted-shipping items will be automatically shipped via UPS Ground.
